Cancellation by the Customer

More than 20 days before arrival — free of charge.

20 to 6 days before arrival — 50% of the tour price.

5 days or less before arrival, or no-show — 100% of the tour price.

How to cancel

Send a written notice to akbarshohravshan1@gmail.com or via WhatsApp / Telegram +998 91 414 25 80. The date we receive your notice is the date of cancellation.

Refunds

Any refund due is made to the payment method used, after deducting the amounts set out above.

Cancellation by the Company

If the Company has to cancel the tour, the Customer receives a full refund of all payments made or, if the Customer prefers, alternative dates.
